The rooms of our place were well-maintained and brand-new on 2 floors with balcony, everything was really good. The location was secluded, handy in the bar eating area which we find very inappropriate.

The location was quiet and handy, to the Yumbo centre, in the very very nice area. Stayed in a well-maintained and new-fashioned room with basic simple kitchen equipment.
Facilities were perfectly clean, even so Wi-Fi was horrible.

The staff were rather noisy, didn't expect that coming.

The stay was absolutely very good! Everything was really good, so were panoramic views of the ocean. The location was quiet for traveling around Maspalomas, near to gay centre, restaurants and public transport and both the beach and the the town centre. Besides, Parque Tony Gallardo was 2 km away from the property. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with plenty of options.
